INCIDENT: PC 30305(A)(1) - Possession of Unlawful Ammunition
LOCATION: 1900 Block of Rio Vista Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Brandon Beach, 27-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at approximately 12:43 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department, along with San Bernardino County Probation Officers, contacted Brandon Beach during a probation check. Deputies located ammunition in Beach's possession. Beach was arrested for PC30305(A)(1)-Possession of Ammunition by Prohibited Person and PC3455-Probation Violation.
Beach was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
