The Lakeport Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Lien Merry Lloyd a white female who is 33 years of age, 5-02 tall, 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Lloyd is also reported to have a tattoo of a bird on either her right arm or right ankle. On October 6, 2022, Lloyd’s mother contacted Lakeport Police to file a missing person report on her stating that she was last aware of her being in Lakeport in July of 2022. In both August and September of 2022 our agency had enforcement contacts with Lloyd. At the time of the original report Lloyd was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System which would trigger a notification to us should any other law enforcement agency run her in the National crime Information System which is a standard practice.
We are currently following some leads but have not located Lloyd. We are asking that anyone in the public who may have information on Lloyd’s whereabouts or who she may have been associated with dating back to July of 2022 to contact Officer Katie Morfin at by email at [email protected] or by telephone at 707-263-5491.
