ANCHOR Property Tax Relief Program, New Application Deadline 2/28/2023
The deadline for applications to the state’s ANCHOR property tax relief program has been extended to February 28, 2023. The program provides property tax relief to New Jersey residents who owned or rented their principal residence (main home) on October 1, 2019, and met the income limits.
Food Pantry Distribution, 1/14, 1/26 & 1/28

Highland Park Recreation Programs
Highland Park Recreation offers a variety of adult and youth winter programs. Families that qualify for free and reduced lunch are eligible for a 60% discount on all programs offered by the borough.
H.P. Gives a Hoot
Highland Park Gives a Hoot offers free groceries to Highland Park families in need of support. Distributions are every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Zone 6 Teen Center, 600 Benner Street.
