CYRIL, Okla. (January 13, 2023) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has a second person in custody in connection to missing four-year-old Athena Brownfield of Cyril. Yesterday, Ivon Adams (3/12/1986) was taken into custody in Arizona and is currently in the Maricopa County Jail awaiting extradition to Oklahoma.
