1/16/23-1/20/23 Lane Closures on Elm Street between Richmond Road and Riverside Drive 
During the week of January 16, 2023, National Power Rodding will be lining the sanitary sewer system on Elm Street (IL Route 120) between Richmond Road (IL Route 31) and Riverside Drive. The work will begin at 7:00 a.m. and will conclude by 5:00 p.m. each day between Monday, January 16th and Friday, January 20th. During the lining process, Elm Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Richmond Road and Riverside Drive. Northbound and southbound Green Street, Court Street, Park Street, and Riverside Drive will be right turn only. Please plan accordingly as traffic will be impacted.
