Flood Watch: We are currently working alongside our partners at Valley Water to monitor water levels at the Sunnyvale East Channel located at Sunnyvale East at Bayshore Frontage Road. With the amount of rainfall today, there is a possibility of minor flooding in the area. As of right now, no major flooding is anticipated. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
There is currently minor flooding in the Fair Oaks/ Tasman area. Please avoid the area and use alternate routes. Do not attempt to drive through flooded waters. With the continued rain, the Calabazas Creek water level is expected to rise as well. Creek waters throughout Sunnyvale are currently fast moving, avoid all creeks as the fast moving waters pose a significant danger to safety.
