Police Seek the Public’s Help Locating Missing Newark Woman Suffering from Dementia 
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating Alice Ratliff, 70, of Newark, who was reported missing on Saturday, January 14, 2023.
Ms. Ratliff, who suffers from dementia, was last seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the 500 block of South 18th Street. She is described as 5’7” tall and 130 pounds and was wearing a white coat, light blue jeans, burgundy hat and scarf, and white and gold sneakers.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Alice Ratliff to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
