INCIDENT: PC 25850(A)- Carry a Loaded Firearm
LOCATION: Needles Highway & Balboa Place, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Damien Neumann, 31-years-old, resident of Bullhead City, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Friday, January 13, 2023, at approximately 8:26 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Needles Highway and Balboa Place, for vehicle code violations.
During the traffic stop, deputies contacted the driver, Damien Neumann. Deputies conducted a search of the vehicle and located two loaded firearms.
Neumann was arrested for PC 25850(A)- Carry a Loaded Firearm and booked into the Colorado River Station jail. Neumann was issued a citation and later released pending a court date.
