Police Seek the Public’s Help Locating Missing 88-Year-Old Newark Man Suffering from Dementia 
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating Baliva Riva-Veneira, 88, of Newark, who was reported missing today.
Mr. Riva-Veneira, who suffers from dementia, was last seen at 5 p.m. at Fillmore Street near Ferry Street. He is described as 5’10” tall and 180 pounds. Mr. Riva-Veneira was wearing a white coat with fur on the outside, black sweat pants, black sneakers, and a black hat.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Baliva Riva-Veneira to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
