* WHERE...Santa Margarita River At Santa Margarita river at Ysidora.
* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 8.2 feet, 2,500 cfs. The river has reached monitor stage. Personnel begin regular patrols along the levee. At 11.2 feet, Minor flood stage, 8,000 cfs. Vandegrift Road has begun to flood downstream of the gage. Stuart Mesa Road closures can be expected. At 13.3 feet, Moderate flood stage, 17,000 cfs. Vandegrift Road is flooded for several miles downstream of the gage site. Stuart Mesa Road is flooded near the bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:15 AM PST Monday the stage was 10.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 11.8 feet by 9 AM PST this morning.
