SMPD Update On Uprooted tree on Vista Circle Dr. 
SMPD is working with So Cal Edsion and So Cal Gas to restore services in the area. An estimate of 24-48 hours has been given, for the restoration of services. The immediate area surrounding Vista Circle Dr. has been closed off, acessible by residents only. SMPD will be conducting extra patrols in the area.
