Red Flag Warning until 08:00PM Wednesday 
The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a Red Flag Warning for gusty wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM CST this evening.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any wildfires that develop could be difficult to control and will likely spread rapidly.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LLANO ... BURNET ... VAL VERDE ... EDWARDS ... REAL ... KERR ... BANDERA ... GILLESPIE ... KENDALL ... BLANCO ... KINNEY ... UVALDE ... MEDINA
