Notice to Residents
To:                  Residents of Magoun Avenue

Hasse Construction will begin construction on the 4700 block of Magoun Avenue. Pavement removal will begin February 1^st. We ask residents not to park on the street starting on Wednesday 02/01/23. Please remove your vehicle by 7:00 am and use other parking during this time.
 
Magoun Avenue will be closed to thru traffic and parking (except for emergency vehicles).  The construction crews will work approximately 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. We will notify you prior to working on something in the street that could affect you, such as water service hookups.
 
Parking on Magoun Ave. during this project will be prohibited. Vehicles parked in the construction area will be towed at owners expense.
 
Please be aware that our workers may need access to your basement to verify and/or hook up water and sanitary services.
 
Periodically, intersections will be closed to crossing traffic. Mostly this will happen during working hours and typically will be opened for overnight traffic.
