* WHAT...An area of moderate rainfall is lifting north through southern Illinois causing some flooding of flood prone areas.
* WHERE...Portions of Illinois and Indiana, including the following counties, in Illinois, Edwards, Hamilton, Wabash, Wayne and White. In Indiana, Gibson and Posey.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
