Green Bay Police Arrest Bank Robbery Suspect; No Reported Injuries & Cash Recovered

The Green Bay Police Department has arrested a 61-year-old Green Bay man suspected of robbing a bank on the City’s west side. No injuries have been reported.

On January 18, 2023, police were dispatched to an alarm call around 4:45 p.m. at a bank in the 200 block of South Military Avenue. Shortly after, within 10 minutes, officers took the suspect into custody on scene, without incident, and recovered an undisclosed sum of cash.

We are not searching for any additional suspects.

This investigation is ongoing. No further details will be released at this time.

EDITORIAL CORRECTION: On January 18, 2023, we had released that the bank robbery suspect was a 62-year-old Green Bay man, but the suspect is a 61-year-old Green Bay man with a DOB of 1/28/1961.
