...STRONG WINDS THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING...
A cold front will quickly move east across the region this
afternoon into this evening. Showers and embedded thunderstorms
are expected to form along this front. Strong to perhaps severe
wind gusts will be possible in the more robust showers and storms,
especially north of the Ohio River. In addition, winds outside of
showers and storms will increase with the frontal passage. These
winds could gusts to around 45 mph into this evening.
Stay alert for additional updates. Now is the time to secure loose
outdoor objects. Be aware of strong gusts while driving,
especially in high profile vehicles.
