Public meeting on Hoboken Rent Control Ordinance announced
Hoboken community members are invited to a virtual public meeting regarding proposed amendments to the City of Hoboken Rent Control ordinance.
The Department of Community Development and Division of Housing will present information on proposed amendments to the rent control ordinance that were adopted on first reading by Hoboken City Council at the January 18 council meeting.
This meeting will be held via Zoom Webinar on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at 6 p.m. Attendees must pre-register at hobokennj.gov/rent-control-meeting.
Community meeting announced for the proposed redevelopment of 1404 Willow Ave.
On Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 6 p.m. the City will host a virtual community meeting to discuss the redevelopment project proposed at 1404 Willow Ave. (Block 123, Lot 16.01.)
The project architect and members of the development team will present the proposed redevelopment project, which includes a residential mixed-use building with ground floor retail and 52 units, and the City will present potential amendments to the North End Redevelopment Plan.
Community members interested in participating must register at hobokennj.gov/1404willow.
