NOTICE: Alliant Energy has notified the City of Lisbon that there is a planned power outage for Tuesday, January 24,2023, at 5:00 AM. This outage should last about 10 MINUTES in order to complete a substation transfer. Both Lisbon and Mt Vernon area will be affected.
