Watch Commanders Day Report - January 20, 2023 
1. Resisting Arrest (0801) 7700 Block of Lower Sacramento Road, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a disturbance. The suspect refused to leave the immediate area, and officers attempted to escort him away. The suspect attempted to pull away and was brought to the ground and into custody. ARRESTED: Ricardo Torres Acala, 54, for trespassing and resisting arrest.
2. Weapons Arrest (1038) North El Dorado Street and Iris Street, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a probation compliance search of a suspect in the area. During the search, officers located a firearm in his possession. ARRESTED: Julian Baras, 19, for weapons charges.
3. Robbery (1140) 9100 Block of Tam O’Shanter Drive, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 62, was in the front yard of her residence. The suspect approached on foot, claimed to have a firearm, and ordered her to the ground. The suspect stole her property before fleeing on foot. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
