* WHAT...Freezing rain then snow. Ice accumulations of around two tenths of an inch and total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN... For the freezing rain, 7 AM EST Sunday to 7 PM EST on Sunday. For the snow, 7 PM EST Sunday to 6 PM EST on Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHEAST WEBSTER ... NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
