High Wind Warning until 04:00PM Monday 
* WHAT...Northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.
* WHERE...Yosemite NP outside of the valley, Upper San Joaquin River, Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP and South End of the Upper Sierra.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 4 PM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: YOSEMITE NP OUTSIDE OF THE VALLEY ... UPPER SAN JOAQUIN RIVER ... KINGS CANYON NP ... SEQUOIA NP ... SOUTH END OF THE UPPER SIERRA
Instructions:
People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if you must drive. Secure loose objects or shelter objects in a safe location prior to the onset of winds.
