Level 1 Snow Emergency 
The City of Oxford is under a Level 1 Snow Emergency. A Level 1 Snow Emergency means roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads are also icy. Please use caution should you need to go out.
No vehicles may be parked on any snow route during any level of snow emergency. Any vehicle found parked on designated streets is subject to towing and impoundment at the owner’s expense
