SUSPECT(S): Ithier Batista, 31-years-old, Resident of Miami, FL
VICTIM(S): People of the State of California
SUMMARY: On January 12, 2023, at about 2:45 P.M., Deputy Estrada conducted a traffic stop near N .Green Way Drive and W. Arbor Lane, in Big Bear City, for a traffic violation.
The driver, identified as Ithier Batista, was found to be transporting aproximately 33 pounds of processed marijuana. Batista was booked into custody at the Big Bear Jail where he was later cite released.
