* Additional Details...Snow arrives from south to north Wednesday morning. Snowfall rates in the morning can be near 1 inch per
hour for a time. Snow tapers off Wednesday night. Northeast wind
gusts, becoming north- northwest in the evening, near 25 mph
will result in some blowing and drifting snow.
