* WHAT...Heavy wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of East Central and Southeast Indiana and Southwest and West Central Ohio.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.
