Springfield Municipal Outdoor Pool - Various Positions Available
 
Full and part time positions are available. Areas of employment are:

• Manager = $8,000 seasonal salary
• Asst. Manager = $13.00/hr
• WSI Lifeguard = $12.50/hr
• Lifeguard = $11.50/hr
• Controller = $10.59/hr

Note: 

• Controllers must be at least 14 years of age.
• Mileage reimbursement is available for those needing to travel in order to obtain certifications, must be approved by employer prior to course registration.

Street/Parks Dept. – Seasonal Part Time ($10.59-$12.25/hr based on experience)
 
Duties include: Cleaning park bathrooms, mowing, trimming, watering flowers & other misc. care & maintenance for The City. Estimated 20-40 hours of work per week.
 
Minimum requirements include:

• 16 years of age or older & a Minnesota driver’s license
• Work every 3rd weekend
• Hours are subject to change with the weather forecast, but flexible working schedule to accommodate time off requests for sports & other vacation plans.

Duties include maintenance of ball fields, buildings, and grounds. Estimated 20-27 hours of work per week.
