* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations of up to one inch. Ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 4 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions...especially in the highest elevations and on bridges and overpasses. The highest icing amounts will be on trees and elevated surfaces.
