Flood Advisory until 04:00PM 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Fort Bend, Harris and Montgomery.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 217 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Though rain rates are diminishing, additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will maintain any ongoing minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Katy, Tomball, Jersey Village, Bunker Hill Village, Pinehurst, Addicks Park Ten, Spring Branch North, Spring Branch West, Eldridge / West Oaks, The Woodlands, Spring, Fulshear, Stagecoach, Cypress, Willowbrook, Carverdale, Hooks Airport, Westbranch, Fairbanks / Northwest Crossing and Greater Inwood. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
