City of Birmingham Snow Emergency Parking Ban-Residential Streets
The City of Birmingham has issued a Snow Emergency Parking Ban for residential streets beginning on Wednesday January 25, 2023 at 6pm until Thursday January 26, 2023 at 6pm.
All vehicles must be removed from residential roadways so that snow can safely be removed by snow plows. Failing to remove your vehicle from the road may result in a civil infraction citation and/or the towing of your vehicle. Handicapped parking designations and vehicles on the southside of Graefield St are exempt from citations. Please do not shovel any snow into the roadway or to adjacent properties.
The Chester Structure at 180 S. Chester in Birmingham will be open for free parking if you need a parking space. If you have parking concerns, please contact the Birmingham Police Department at 248-644-3405.
