Resisting Arrest (1558) West Harding Way and Columbia Avenue, Civic District An officer responded to a suspicious person call in the area and attempted to detain the subject when he pushed the officer and fled on foot, leading officers on a short foot pursuit. Responding officers tried to detain the suspect, and he continued to resist. After a brief struggle, the suspect was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Kevin Fountain, 33, for resisting arrest, battery on an officer, and warrants.
