Newark Public Safety Director Fragé and Chief of Police Miranda Attend Homeland Security Announcement of Partnership with Montclair State 
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé offered his support today to Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Newark and Montclair State University’s Global Center on Human Trafficking (GCHT) who joined together in signing a Memorandum of Understanding to partner in the fight against #humantrafficking.
HSI Special Agent in Charge Ricky J. Patel and Dr. Jonathan Koppell, President of Montclair University, entered into an agreement to work closely together on development of a web based application to educate law enforcement and help combat Human Trafficking.
Joined by Newark Chief of Police Emanuel Miranda, Director Fragé expressed his gratitude to HSI Newark and Montclair State’s GCHT for their commitment to protecting victims and eliminating human trafficking. #newarknj #publicsafety #newarknj #homelandsecurity
