1/20 - 9:16 p.m. - Police received a 911 call of a possible intoxicated driver. Police located the vehicle in the first block of North Polk Street. Upon an investigation the driver, Ramah A. Crowell age 56 of Mascoutah, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Improper Parking on the Roadway.
