LOCATION: 30700 Block of Knoll View Dr., Running Springs, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jeffrey Russell, 60-years-old, Resident of Running Springs
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Twin Peaks Station, began an investigation into a cyber tip reported by an Electronic Service Provider (ESP). The cyber tip contained various images of child pornography. Through investigation, it was determined the ESP account belonged to Jeffrey Russell.
On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, personnel from the Twin Peaks Station, served a search warrant at Russell's residence where he was subsequently arrested. Russell was booked into the Central Detention Center, and his bail was set at $30,000.
