The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen vehicle.
Shortly before 5 a.m. on January 23, 2023, deputies were called to a home in Sun City for the report of a stolen vehicle. The owner of the vehicle said he turned his vehicle on, put items in it and went back inside his home. A few minutes later, he went back outside to see his vehicle being driven down the road.
During the investigation, deputies learned the owner’s other vehicle, which was left unlocked, had also been entered. The owner reported nothing was taken.
The stolen vehicle is a gold-colored 2007 Toyota Tacoma with the South Carolina tag THB737. The vehicle reported stolen is pictured.
