* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa, northeast Nebraska and southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 6 PM CST this evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
