UPDATE: Fairfield Police Departments Has Located Missing 70-year-old Woman Suffering from Alzheimer’s

MISSING PERSON: AT RISK - The Fairfield Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 70-year-old Margaret Holmes.
Today at around 4:00 pm, Margaret Holmes was at a care home for the day in the area of Rishon Ct in Fairfield. At around 4:30 pm, she walked away from the care home and has not been seen since.
Ms. Holmes, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, is originally from Pleasant Hill, Ca, but often stays at the care home on the weekends.
She was last seen wearing a turquoise color sweater, jeans and cream-colored shoes.
Fairfield Police Officers are actively looking for Ms. Holmes.
