ECPD Assist ECHS with Possible Weapon on campus 
El Cerrito Police assisted El Cerrito High School staff with a report of a possible weapon on campus. The school was placed on lockdown at approximately 9:55am. No weapon was located and the lockdown was lifted at approximately 10:55am.
This is no longer an active incident. Any questions can be directed to the El Cerrito High School or the West Contra Costa County School District.
