Catalytic Converter Thefts 
BE AWARE AND BE ALERT! Recent catalytic converter thefts have been reported within the township overnight on the west side of town. The thefts occurred on the following streets including:
• Wyndham Road
• Suffern Road
• River Road Municipal Lot
• Churchill Road
• Edgewood Road
• Beverly Road
• Cornwall Road
• Winthrop Road
• Ester Avenue
• Briarcliffe Road
Catalytic converter thefts have been occurring county wide.
CALL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY IF YOU SEE A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE OR PERSON NEAR YOUR CAR OR YOU HEAR ANY NOISE OF POWER TOOLS BEING USED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BY A CAR.
These incidents are currently under investigation and anyone with information or video from your home surveillance system is encouraged to contact the Teaneck Police Department Detective Bureau at 201-837-2565.
