Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges following an investigation.
 
On January 30 at approximately 10:32 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division and the Canine Unit executed a search warrant in the 900 block of Maryland Avenue. Police made contact with 48-year-old Chester Stallings, who was taken into custody. Officers recovered 14 Fentanyl pills, 25 Oxycodone pills, 20 Buprenorphine pills, drug paraphernalia and $423 in currency.
 
Stallings has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 3 Quantity
• Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Possession of Marijuana
• Resisting Arrest
