1. Resisting Arrest (0718) 2700 Block of Oakwood Court, Valley Oak District Officers responded to the location on a disturbance report and contacted the suspect. Officers attempted to detain the suspect for being under the influence of a controlled substance, but he resisted. The suspect was placed in a SAFE Wrap device to prevent him from hurting himself or the officers. ARRESTED: Diego Salgado, 31, for public intoxication, battery, and resisting arrest.
