1. Resisting Arrest (1407) 2000 Block of Napa River Drive, Seaport District
Officers responded to the area on the report of a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival, the suspect fled into the block. Officers established a perimeter and arrested the suspect after a short search. ARRESTED: Victor Rivas, 27, for assault, stolen auto, and resisting arrest.
2. Homicide (1515) 6700 Block of Plymouth Road, Lakeview District
The male victim, 19, was involved in a dispute with the suspect in front of the call location. The suspect pulled out a handgun and shot the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. SUSPECT: Unknown
3. Person Shot (0348) 4900 Block of Kentfield Road, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 37, was inside a vehicle when he heard a window crack. The victim felt pain and realized he had been shot. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. SUSPECT: Unknown.
