On 01/30/2023, the victim was working as a pizza delivery driver for a Camarillo based pizza restaurant.  The pizza restaurant received an online food order for delivery to the 800 block of Rosewood Avenue.  At about 6:32 PM, the victim arrived at the location with the requested food order when he was confronted by an unknown suspect.  The suspect pepper sprayed the victim, stole the food order, and fled the scene.  The victim chased after the suspect until he was overwhelmed by the effects of the pepper spray.  The victim was able to provide a description of the suspect and the suspect’s vehicle to investigating deputies.

At the conclusion of Moore’s arrest, deputies determined Moore and his vehicle matched the description of the suspect and vehicle involved in the robbery on 01/30/2023.  Deputies notified detectives from the Camarillo Investigations Bureau of Moore’s arrest and their observations.

On 02/02/2023, detectives served a search warrant on Moore’s vehicle.  During the search, detectives located evidence linking Moore to the robbery on 01/30/2023.  At the conclusion of the investigation, detectives developed probable cause to arrest Moore for robbery.
