Wilmington Police arrest man on aggravated menacing, firearm charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on aggravated menacing and firearm charges.
On January 22 at approximately 3:04 p.m., police were called to the 300 block of New Castle Avenue following an aggravated menacing incident in which a man pointed a firearm at another person.
The case was assigned to Detective Douglas Rivell of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through the course of his investigation, he identified 42-year-old Zinn McFarlin as a suspect.
McFarlin was taken into custody on February 3 and has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Aggravated Menacing
- Terroristic Threatening
