Wilmington Police arrest man during in-progress burglary, recover stolen vehicle: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man during an in-progress burglary and recovered a stolen vehicle.
On February 4 at approximately 2:37 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1100 block of West 7th Street in reference to a burglary in progress. Officers located the suspect, 35-year-old Reginald Lloyd, and took him into custody without incident. Further investigation revealed that Lloyd had been operating a vehicle that had recently been stolen from the 1100 block of West 5th Street, and officers recovered that vehicle at the scene.
Lloyd, who was wanted on an unrelated matter, has been charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (Second Degree)
- Theft of a Motor Vehicle
- Lewdness
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
- Criminal Trespass (Second Degree)
