Police Seek the Public’s Help in Locating Missing 15-Year-Old Newark Girl 
Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating Jariah Martin, 15, of Newark, who was reported missing on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
Jariah, who is not a frequent runaway, was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt, brown sweatpants, and gray Uggs. She is described as 4’11” tall, 100 pounds, with a dark brown complexion, black hair, and brown eyes. She attends Weequahic High School and may be in the 900 block of South 19th Street in Newark.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Jariah Martin to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
