LANES BACK OPEN at NW Intersection of Richmond Road & Elm Street 
The water main repair has been completed and all lanes are now back open.
Effective immediately, the northerly (outside) westbound lane of Elm Street (IL Route 120) between Green Street and Freund Avenue will be closed. Additionally, the westerly (outside) southbound right turn lane of Richmond Road (IL Route 31) will be closed near 3610 W Elm Street due to a water main break. City crews are onsite now. The lanes are anticipated to be closed the duration of Tuesday, February 7th.
