Crescenta Valley Station to Host Community Catalytic Converter Etching Event

On Saturday, February 18th, Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station will be hosting a catalytic converter etching event at the Highlands Church at 4441 La Crescenta Avenue, La Crescenta, 91214. The event will run from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Vehicles should enter the parking lot off Community Avenue and will exit on Mary Street.

It will be free to the public. Vehicles will be etched on a first come first served basis. We would love to etch as many Toyota Prius vehicles as possible, since they are a primary target for catalytic converter thieves. We will not be able to etch large trucks or R.V.s due to the fact they are larger and heavier than the equipment we have.
