Please be on the lookout for the following at-risk missing person:
Irvin Rivera, 60-year-old Hispanic Male 5’09”, 270 lbs., gray hair, last seen wearing a rust-colored flannel top, camouflage t-shirt, black sweatpants, and possibly walking with a cane.
Mr. Rivera was last seen this morning around 9:30 near the 24000 block of Alice St.
Mr. Rivera is considered at risk due to a medical diagnosis.
