* WHAT...Southeast winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph possible.

* WHERE...Alaska Peninsula, especially around Cold Bay.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds with gusts to 75 mph are possible, as a low pushes its front across the Alaska Peninsula. Gusty winds combined with moderate to heavy snow may lead to reduced visibility across the Alaska Peninsula.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ALASKA PENINSULA
