2/02 - 7:05 p.m. - Police received a complaint of solicitors. The solicitors falsely told a resident they possessed a village permit. These soliciors were with the same company that was cited in January for soliciting without a permit. Taylor A. Langsdorf, 19 of Burnsville, MN., and Andreya D. Smith, 20 of Jackson, KY., were cited under village ordinance for Solicting Without a Permit.
